We are delighted to bring you this weekend’s match preview for our away games against Preston Lodge RFC and Garioch Rugby.
The 1st XV kick of their league campaign away to newly promoted Preston Lodge who will be looking to mark their National 2 debut with a bang. The Gogos are in fine form following a successful preseason campaign and National Cup victory last week.
A settled pack will be marshalled by captain Corey Buchan with Finlay Burgess looking to control the backline from fly half. We also welcome and congratulate Sean Mills who is back in the side following his wedding last weekend.
The 2’s make the trip out to Inverurie to take on Garioch who will be playing their first match of the season. A couple of key positions will be filled by William Simmers at hooker and Rory Riddle at 15. It looks set to be a good day with a healthy crowd anticipated.
