Fantastic Saturday for our Patrons Lunch as a packed out Countesswells saw the 1st XV defeat GHK 18-15.
The boys pulled away with 18 unanswered early points however the Glasgow side clawed their way back into the match to tee up a tight finale. Fortunately, the Gogos stood strong and the result sees us move up to 3rd in National 2.
Massive thanks to all of those who attended the lunch as well as the Pelicans for supporting the boys on the sidelines.
The 1’s are on the road this week to Berwick and the 2’s host Aberdeen Grammar 2’s in another Granite City derby.
We are also delighted to announce that we will be hosting a supporters lunch for the 1st XV cup game against Aberdeen Grammar on the 2nd November. More details will follow but get the date in the diary to avoid disappointment.
