A couple of solid wins on Saturday as both teams secured the 5 points.
The 1st XV made the long trip to Berwick and managed to overcome an away side who pushed hard throughout the 80 minutes. 48 points away from home is not to be sniffed at but the boys will be looking to tighten up their defence in the coming weeks. The result moves us up to 2nd with Kirkcaldy coming to town on Saturday and an opportunity to go top…
Defences certainly not on top in the 2’s game as the boys completed a 97-31 rout of local rivals Aberdeen Grammar 2’s. Lots of fantastic rugby on show from the home side and Grammar proved a good test with some of their own attacking flair. 2’s now 6/6 in the league and head to Uni Medics this weekend looking to keep it rolling.
