Gogos made the short trip down the road on Saturday to take on local rivals Aberdeen Grammar at Rubislaw. The game was well contested by both sides with a number of good scores from the away side ultimately the difference at full time.
The were was no shortage of action throughout the match with a smattering of yellow cards across both sides and a red card for Grammar in the latter stages of the match. Boys will be pleased with the result and progression into the next round of the cup but will be looking to work on a number of areas leading up to this week’s key league clash against Stewart’s Melville.
The game was another good advert for rugby in the north east and the healthy crowd got behind their respective sides throughout the 80 minutes.
